H&S and Fire Assessor - Home based

One of the largest property management companies in the UK are continuing to grow their H&S and Fire team with the addition of an Assessor based in/around the London area. An excellent salary is coupled with a bonus and outstanding investment in people. The role will be home base with frequent travel across the area for Health and Safety and Type 1 Fire Risk assessment of both private and public residential properties. Due to this candidates must have a full, clean UK driving licence. Essential: Certificate level H&S qualification (NEBOSH Certificate, NCRQ Certificate or equivalent). Certificate level Fire Safety qualification (NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent). At least 1 year recent experience writing Fire Risk Assessments preferably with the public/private residential sector. A full clean driving licence.

With over 25 years delivering Management Systems, Health and Safety consultancy and training services across a wide range of industries and sectors, both public and private and with this, have grown year on year. Excellent structure and organisation means that all clients are scheduled 3-6 weeks in advance allowing a great work/life balance for their consultants. With growth in the business they require a Management Systems expert with practical experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 in multiple organisations. A challenging role that requires dynamic candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a NEBOSH General, NCRQ, or equivalent Certificate. Excellent verbal, literacy and IT skill are a must in this client facing role. Due to travel to clients throughout the region all potential candidates must have a full, valid driving licence.
