Nationwide multi-disciplinary training and consultancy firm qualifying over 10,000 people annually are expanding their training arm to include a streetworks, NRSWA Trainer. Working with several Blue Chip companies this role has the potential to place the right trainer in front of some of the most influential people in the industry. Candidates must have at least 4-5 years experience within streetworks, hold an assessor award, level 3+ training qualification, a level 3+ Health and Safety qualification and have taught a Highways Agency approved course. The ability to teach Lantra courses will give a candidate priority and any other 1st Aid, H&S (Risk Assessor, IOSH, NEBOSH) or CITB courses will be advantageous. Based in the Gloucestershire region at their training centre the role will also require travel to clients sites around the UK. Therefore a full UK driving licence is required. Required: 4-5 at least 4-5 years experience within streetworks. Assessor Award (TRQA, A1 or equivalent). Level 3+ training qualification (PTTLS or equivalent). Level 3+ Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH, NCRQ Certificate or equivalent). Full UK Driving Licance. Ability to teach Highways Agency approved courses and at least 1 other HS& or 1st Aid or CITB course. Desired: Lantra Instructor.

You will provide support to the wider HSE departments, responsibilities including delivery of inspections, safety assurance visits and internal/external HSE audits. As the Health, Safety and Environmental Inspections and Audits Coordinator this role is essential for delivering the key audit and inspection activities that guarantee the organisation understands its level of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance to legislation, ISO standards and company Policies. This in turn will ensure they continue to meet business requirements, maintain HSE certification but enhance the opportunity to drive continual improvement and achieve best practise at all levels in the organisation. To be considered for the position of Health, Safety and Environmental Inspections and Audits Coordinator you must be qualified to NEBOSH (Certificate level) in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent with a good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental system audits and inspection. You will be qualified as auditor of HS&E Management Systems with experience of organising & coordinating audit and inspection programmes. You will be highly organised with the ability to lead large group activities confidently and fulfil an important liaison role with external verifiers. With demonstrable ability to analyse, identify and highlight concerns with a broad understanding of HS&E Legislation. Experience of HS&E within automotive manufacturing would be advantageous, but not essential. The successful applicant will be required to do occasional overtime with the responsibility of establishing, coordination and implementation of annual programmes for: BSC integrated Safety and Environment 5 star audits. Internal ISO 14001/ 50001 and OHSAS 18001 to support maintenance of ISO certification. Receipt of 3rd Party company-wide ISO 14001/50001 and OHSAS 18001. You will investigate concerns raised and deliver corrective and preventive actions and provide feedback to relevant parties whilst supporting audit delivery as a participating auditor and auditee. No two days are the same and you will need to be able to react and change priorities at very little notice. The ability to self-manage your workload and have high level organisation skills is essential. Strong communication skills are a must as you will have exposure to all levels of the business.
