A global design consultancy working on some of the largest and most exciting projects are looking for a senior H&S and CDM Advisor. Working with their most prestigious clients the right candidate will be advising on projects in the hundreds of millions and in some cases, billions of pounds range in the civils, rail and infrastructure sectors. As well as an excellent salary, pension and bonus structure this role also has significant scope for promotion to management level and therefore demands a committed and enthusiastic individual who understands the demands of a high profile role. Essential: CMIOSH. Large project experience in the 100s’ of millions range (not house build). Background in rail, civils, highways. You will drive the development and implementation of the QE strategy focused on legal compliance and the needs of the business. Through the development of relationships across the business, you will ensure all customer requirements are exceeded whilst leading the development of a QE culture. As the Quality and Environmental Manager you will be qualified to a minimum of NEBOSH general with relevant knowledge and experience of management systems ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO15378. Ideally you will have experience in a packaging, logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment. You will have a strong working knowledge of ISO related compliance and some proven experience of FRC and/or BRC would also be advantageous .You must also have proven experience of working within a large fast paced business covering multiple sites.
