A new opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environmental Advisors with this privately owned, multi divisional construction group with a great reputation for Safety, staff retention and service. The key responsibilities of the Safety, Health & Environmental Advisor role will be to provide comprehensive advice and support in the maintenance and improvement of Health, Safety & Environment compliance within the companies operational sites around the Midlands & Northern region (M6 Corridor). The group operate within construction, fit-out & property and a background in construction is essential. Candidates must have a Nebosh Construction or NCRQ Equivalent and a proven track record of working on multi-site construction or interiors projects. You must also demonstrate a commitment to CPD and be either working towards or very close to completing Nebosh Diploma. Tech IOSH would be a preference but it is your Health & Safety experience on construction projects that is important to our client. You will have excellent communications skills and the ability to influence at all levels (Staff & subcontractors) of the business. Woking as part of the H&S team, this role is very autonomous and you will need to be a self-starter, who remains focused on multiple tasks. As a regional with regular travel to projects in the Midlands and North a driving licence is essential. As part of a UK wide group naturally, there will also be occasion to travel further, but the client expect this to be the exception rather than the norm. Ref: VP2851
