Previous experience within a SHE role is required and knowledge of the construction/house building industry would be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills, an inquisitive mind, computer literacy and an enthusiastic and determined nature are essential. You should have a proven track record of influencing and promoting SHE best practice and a proactive SHE culture within a multi-site business. Requirements: Level 3 H&S qualification i.e. NEBOSH General/Construction, NCRQ Certificate or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience as a H&S professional on multi-site roles. Full driving licence. I.T. skills. Preferred: Experience in housing/construction H&S.
