Expanding and established UK construction consultancy are seeking an addition to their successful Principal Design team. Our long standing client is recruiting motivated and forward thinking, professional Principle Designers across England to work on exciting projects. Candidates must have experience of performing the Principle Designer role and ideally come from a consultancy, CDM-Coordinator background. You will work as part of a close knit team of consultants on several of their major client accounts delivering advice and guidance across multiple projects. You will ideally be Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety (IMAPS) and hold a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate. You must have a construction background (design team environment is the ideal) with a sound construction based health and safety knowledge and a construction design based qualification preferably at degree level. Requirements: Level 3 H&S qualification (NEBOSH Certificate, NCRQ Certificate or equivalent). Minimum 3 years experience as a CDM-C/Principal Designer. APS membership, extensive knowledge of CDM2015. Construction design qualification. Preferred: Diploma level H&S qualification (NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Diploma or equivalent). Degree level qualification in construction design based subject.

FM and CDM Advisor
Working with one of Londons premier sports and events venues this role will be a completely unique and challenging position covering both the facilities and construction projects large and small. With the H&S facility being brought in-house the department is in growth and so there are strong opportunities for development and promotion. The right candidate will have a background within both the FM environment in large multifaceted sites and have worked on construction projects with an excellent understanding of CDM2015. A NEBOSH Construction or equivalent is the minimum required qualification for the position. Candidates with membership to APS at Incorporated or higher will be at an advantage. Requirements: NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent. 3 years relevant experience in H&S FM and construction on multiple projects. Thorough understanding of CDM2015 regulations. Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Diploma or equivalent. Tech IOSH status or higher. IMaPS status or higher.
