Health and Safety Officer - CDM
Are you interested in working for an Investors in People organisation, who are committed to supporting and developing their members of staff? Are you a confident self-starter with fantastic engaging and negotiation skills with a balanced approach to health and safety? Previous experience working alongside clients and contractors advising on CDM regulations, completing site inspections, toolbox talks, checking PPE and training is essential. A solid background in pre-construction phase plans, design plans, construction demolition management regulations and submitting F10íS is required. Practical operational CDM experience within a fit out or maintenance environment on small to medium size projects would be ideal, however not essential. An understanding of Asbestos is beneficial but not crucial. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of the NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NEBOSH General, NCRQ or equivalent and good working knowledge of CDM regulations. A UK driving licence is essential and the ability to be flexible and travel to various locations throughout the UK is key. Will include overnight stays.
