Due to expansion a national asbestos consultancy are looking for asbestos surveyors and analysts to join their growing ranks. Candidate with either P402 will be considered for the Surveyor position with a salary range of £20k-£28k. Candidates holding a P403 and P404 will be considered for the Analyst position with a salary range of £20k-£28k. Candidates holding P402, P403 AND P404 would be eligible for the high salary bracket up to £32k. Due to the nature of the role reasonable IT literacy and a clean driving licence are mandatory. Essential: P402 or P403 and P404. Minimum 2 years’ experience working with domestic and commercial properties. Reasonable IT literacy. Clean driving licence. Desired: P402 and P403 and P404.

Due to Increased business demand and exciting expansion plans, they now seek an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to be a key part of the business. Your role as Health and Safety Advisor will support the Head of Health and Safety in supporting the delivery of the health and safety strategy, providing Health and Safety across the group and construction sites. As Health and Safety Advisor you will be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to communicate and engage at all levels of the group and the entire supply chain of suppliers and contractors with credibility and gravitas. You will also have an equal mix of operations and strategy. The ideal applicant will be UK focused with a view to developing their role to include Europe. You will have general commercial awareness within a corporate environment together with knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and construction phase plans. Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor include: Day to day implementation and monitoring of policies, systems and procedures. Accident investigations, estate audits, construction site inspection reporting and analysis. Assist with reactive Health and Safety incidents and managing risk. Manage necessary Health and Safety assessment of suppliers. Give advice and support across group for issues as they arise within Refurbishment risk assessments, workstation assessments, corporate events etc Skills Sought: Nebosh General Certificate and be a Technical member of IOSH. Excellent Clear and Concise communication skills. Proven ability to influence and challenge. Experience of the legal requirements of CDM 2015, Fire and Asbestos regulations. Detailed knowledge of HSE legislation. Enforcing working practices and Health and Safety to suppliers and construction contractors of their contractual obligations.
